The NATtrol ™ Influenza A / B Positive Control (MDZ046) is an external in vitro diagnostic run control, designed for use in the evaluation and follow-up of qualitative molecular diagnostic assays for the detection of Influenza A / B nucleic acid. Routine and repetitive use of this external run control allows laboratories to monitor daily test drift, batch-to-batch test kit performance, individual operator drift, and can assist in identifying increases in random or systemic errors .
The NATtrol ™ Influenza A / B Positive Control contains intact organisms and should be processed identically to that used for clinical specimens.
