Ordering and returns

Shipping Terms:

All orders are shipped via air, EX Works Factory. Freight charges, once determined, will be added to the invoice for the goods. Or, if you have an account with a courier or forwarder, please provide us with the account number and the contact details for their US agent.

Information To Include With Your Order:

• Your customer account number, if assigned.
• Invoice-to, Ship-to address
• Your purchase order number
• Your carrier or forwarder preference and contact details
• List of importation documents required for clearance (samples may be requested).
• Catalog number, quantity, and price for each item

An order confirmation will be sent to you for review.Sample Kits
For first time ordering, we require that all distributors pay full price for sample kits. The value of the sample kits will be credited against future orders.

Terms and ConditionsSome products, because Gen9bio unless prior authorization has been given and you have received a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Ratio Diagnostics. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Buyer’s exclusive remedy and Gen9bio’s sole liability hereunder shall be limited to refund of the purchase price of, or at Gen9bio’s option, the replacement of all material that does not meet specifications. Gen9bio shall not be liable otherwise or for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, the costs of handling. Said refund or replacement is conditioned on buyer giving written notice to Gen9bio's Inc. within fourteen days after receipt of the material at its destination. Failure of buyer to give said notice within above specified days shall constitute a waiver by buyer of all claims hereunder with respect to said material.
