DESCRIPTION

The ANDiS SARS-CoV-RT-qPCR Detection Kit includes all necessary RT-PCR reagents, primer and probe sets designed to detect SARS-CoV-2 RNA in upper respiratory tract samples, and a set of primers and probes designed to detect the virus-like particle (VLP) RNA of bacteriophage MS2. MS2 RNA serves as an internal control for RNA extraction, reverse transcription, and PCR amplification.
